It's rare to get great service anywhere these days though all 3 people who helped us, 2 young men & 1 older woman, were friendly and helpful! We were given free small chocolate bar samples with our purchase of fudge, which was really good. Also got cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream that was very good. Wasn't sure where to eat it as it was very cold outside & they didn't have tables. Must have had that look on my face as I was kindly told there were tables in the building's common area, which served perfectly. Will definitely go back when in LG!
Let my wife buy a bag of their salt water taffy that is probably been stale a year. No flavor from any of the different varieties and a horrible stale flavor and smell. Sadly I tried 3 just to keep seeing if they were good. Package itself looks worn out, and possibly a sell by code taken off the front?

The enchanting aroma when you walk in the door, fudge samples, beautiful chocolate displays, friendly helpful staff, ice cream counter with house made waffle cones, wonderful chocolate treats! Love this place!
This is over hyped, over priced. Had to wait in a long line. The service is not good. They gave me wrong order. I paid for waffle cone bowl, they gave me without waffle. When I asked them to give the waffle cone, they said they can either pour to the waffle or can give me the waffle itself. I mean they did mistake, why wouldnt they give me a new one! The ice cream was not worth the price.
Pretty crowded in afternoon and nights. However, the staff is super friendly and kind. They’d offer you to try out their fudges, and you can also try out different flavors of ice cream before you get a scoop. I’d say that most of their ice cream are on the creamy and sweet end. They also carry a variety of sweets and chocolate. Would recommend this place if you want a scoop of ice cream after being in lake Geneva for the whole day.
First time in my life I haven’t finished ice cream.
Most of the choices have way too many things in in it or looked too artificial. No basic cookie dough or even plain chocolate chip.
I settled on a raspberry sorbet and it was so bad I threw it away after a few bites. Tasted more like a snow cone with almost no flavoring.
My husband had a butter pecan and said it was fine. Not good but fine.
Very disappointed and will not return.
To their credit the store replied to my review same day. Unfortunately, I did ask the person helping me about plain flavors and they told me they did not have plain chocolate chip or cookie dough which was consistent with the tags. I also mentioned when I took my first taste at the counter that the sorbet wasn’t very good.
While we were walking downtown Lake Geneva we could smell this delicious smells coming from this store. We decided to stop in and see what they had. As soon as we walked in the young man behind the counter asked us if we wanted to sample the fudge. He allowed us to pick which one we wanted to try and gave us a good sized sample. We ended up buying a giant cashew turtle, a caramel covered rice crispy treat and a sea salt caramel marshmallow. They were are delicious! We will go back the next time we visit Lake Geneva for sure.
